ITINERARY:
Day 01: Arriving to Yerevan
Arrive to Zvartnots International Airport Yerevan – ARMENIA, your guide is waiting for you to greet and welcome you to ARMENIA, then drive to hotel, O/N hotel.
Day 02: Mount Aragats
Early morning drive to Lake Kari 3200 m and start climbing the Southern summit of Aragats, 4090 m. From the top of the mountain we will have spectacular views to Ararat, the other summits of Aragats, then descend to Lak Kari and drive back to Yerevan, O/N hotel.
Day 03: Yerevan city tour
Full day city tour. Explore the important sightseeing places of old Yerevan city including the Republic Square, Opera House, Cascade Park. Enjoy evening near singing fountains in the Republic Square, O/N hotel.
Day 04: Garni Temple, Geghard, and valley of the Azat River
After breakfast we drive to the village of Garni. Trekking through the valley of the Azat River, which will take us to the ancient Garni temple, reconstructed in the 20th century. We will also visit the rock-cut monastery of Geghard (UNESCO), O/N hotel.
Day 05: Fly back home
Transfer to Zvartnots International Airport, End of the program.
