No. Our organization manages hiking-based climbs on Ararat Mountain suitable for all amateur mountaineers. The mountain's elevation and walking durations can be demanding. If you opt not to climb, you may relax at the campsite until the team returns.
When is the best time to climb Mount Ararat?
Generally, the best climbing window for Mount Ararat is from June to September due to the milder weather and reduced snow levels on the mountain.
Is it possible to climb with more than 16 people?

What facilities are available at the Mount Ararat campsites?
We maintain two well-equipped campsites: Base Camp (3,200m) and High Camp (4,200m). Base Camp, also known as Green Camp, features fixed tents with beds (June-October), shared toilets, a dining tent, solar power for charging electronics, and shower facilities with solar-heated water. High Camp (4,200m) offers dome tents, shared toilets, and solar power. Both camps provide bottled drinking water and meals prepared in our kitchen tents. Equipment transport to both camps is handled by mules.
