Overview: Embark on a thrilling 5-day ski adventure to the summit of Mount Ararat. Starting from either Van or Ağrı airport, participants will experience the exhilaration of skiing up and down the majestic slopes of Mount Ararat, complemented by breathtaking panoramic views of Turkey, Iran, and Armenia. Day 1: Arrival
Meet at either Van or Ağrı airport.
Drive to Doğubeyazıt.
Day 2: Journey to Mount Ararat
After breakfast, transfer to Çevirme Village on Mount Ararat at 1900 meters via minibus.
Baggage and skis will be transported by porters or horses.
Trek to Camp 1, located at 2900 meters (4-5 hours).
Set up tents, followed by tea and meals.
Overnight stay at Camp 1.
Day 3: Ascent to Camp 2
Ski up to Camp 2 at 3900 meters. Equipment will be carried by porters. If porters assist with the climb, the stop will be at 3800 meters (4-5 hours).
Overnight stay at Camp 2.
Day 4: Summit Day
Prepare duffle bags inside the tents before departure; these will be transported directly to Camp 1.
After an early breakfast, begin the ascent.
Ski for 7-8 hours to reach the summit, offering panoramic views over Turkey, Iran, and Armenia.
Descend to Camp 1 for rest and meals.
Continue the descent to Çevirme Village, where a minibus will transfer you to a hotel in Doğubeyazıt for an overnight stay.
Day 5: Departure
Enjoy breakfast, then transfer to either Van or Ağrı airport for departure.
